These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Family Hub. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, users agree to these terms.
Service Description
Family Hub is a household organization service that may include account management, schedules, chores, shopping lists, reminders, and optional SMS-based notifications and verification.
Eligibility and Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. Household administrators are responsible for managing household membership, permissions, and account settings for their family group.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, sessions, or household data.
- Using the service to transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Using automated or abusive behavior that interferes with service stability or security.
- Using text messaging features in violation of carrier rules, platform rules, or applicable law.
SMS Terms
When SMS features are enabled, users may receive transactional text messages such as sign-in verification codes or household reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and updating it when needed.
Availability
Family Hub is provided on an as-available basis. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security, or infrastructure reasons.
Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and any device used to access the service. Users should notify a household administrator promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.
Data and Content
Users retain responsibility for the household information they enter into the service. Household administrators are responsible for managing the data entered for family members, including minors or dependent family members.

Family Hub is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The service is not intended for emergency communications or life-critical use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
